Spinach-Parmesan Fettuccine

1 9 oz package fresh spinach (or garden) fettuccine
1/3 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter


1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain. 
2. Combine cooked pasta, cheese and butter, toss well. 


Yield: 7 servings
